You're a highly skilled engineer with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes. Your expertise extends beyond traditional development; you excel in DevOps and SysOps, making you adept at navigating the complexities of scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure. Automation is second nature to you, enabling consistent and reliable deployment and management of applications. You have a keen interest in improving operational processes through infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
Your proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning ensures that applications run smoothly, even under the most demanding conditions. You're passionate about creating resilient systems that can handle growth and change, and you're always on the lookout for innovative solutions to technical challenges.
As a DevOps/SysOps Engineer at High Fidelity, you'll play a pivotal role in the development and operation of our next-generation collaboration tools. Your expertise in both software development and systems operations will ensure that our applications are not only built on robust, scalable architectures but also deployed and managed with precision and efficiency.
High Fidelity develops technologies to connect people across physical distances, from our audio technologies to the applications we build to engage distributed participants and knit together online communities. We work on ways to bridge remote interactions through technology.
The company’s next chapter will be focused on an application to help companies with distributed workforces of 200+ employees build the casual connections across teams that subtly yet significantly drive both organizational performance and job satisfaction.
High Fidelity is well-funded by established venture funds–True, Vulcan, IDG, Breyer, and others. Joining our small seasoned team will provide opportunities to participate in foundational decisions and to see the impact of your input through frequent releases. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with customers and iterate based on user feedback and to work with experienced engineers and designers on innovative technologies.
